Recently we had a suggestion from a student of ours about our shopping card. For those of you that have been in our classes, you probably remember the card with all the materials on it that you filled out. You wrote the exact amount of each type of elastic you used and the fabrics, as well as your wire size. Many of you have told us how many times you use that card as a shopping list. For years I had printed out the card on my home printer and gave them our in the classes. Not any more.
Thanks to Allison of Maple Ridge, who attended a recent Boot Camp we held - we now look at our shopping card in a whole new light. Allison told us we should be giving out a shopping card with every order and package that goes out the door, not just one to each person in a class. She then told us that she would welcome such a thing in her order and with our phone number and website on the bottom, would be a great way for our customers to have our contact information at hand.
I went home that very night and drew up a new card on my computer. I took Allison’s idea one step further. On one side of the card, is the information for a FULL band bra, and on the flip side, the information for a PARTIAL band bra. Now you can keep all the material quantities you need in one handy place.
Here is the card. We had it printed on pink card stock (what other colour is there?) but the colour didn't reproduce well for this blog entry.

Allison is also responsible for my return to blogging after a long leave of absense. Allison can be a very persuavive woman! We now have Linda posting some blog entries too, so watch for that in the near future.
