I purchased  the bra-makers manual because my wife has been wearing mis-fitting  
bras for over ten years now. My wife has a band width measurment size  
of 38. Her cup size is an A. There are a lot of pretty bras on the  
ready to wear market but when the band was comfortable the cup size  
was not available and vice versa. I have been sewing a while and felt  
I could make bras for my wife that were comfortable and as fashionable  
as the ready to wear styles. I was on line surfing for bra making  
reference manuals and came accross the bra makers manual. I was at  
first leary of the price but now that I have the manual I feel it is  
worth every penny. I gained a complete understanding of what a  
properly fitting bra was and how to properly fit my wife. My wife  
could not be happier with the fit and styles of the bras I am making  
for her. The manual was very clear and concise. I gained a great deal  
of confidence after reading the bra makers manual. My wife watched me  
make the first bra and still couId not believe it was not store  
purchased. I enjoy it when she shows the bras to other women in her  
life with pride in the good fit and beautiful styling.  I highly  
recomend this manual to everyone seeking to make their own bras or  
bras for others.

I have very much enjoyed this book. I am not currently making bras as I am pregnant and the changes in size are quicker than I can be bothered to keep up with sewing but am looking forward to being able to make pretty well fitting bras again. The advice for fitting and styles was very helpful.
